About

Our students are not only Certified, but Qualified!

We are pleased to offer off-road truck training as part of our truck training packages

When AB RoadSafe trains students, we bring the experiences we’ve had over 36 years of trucking to the table, including heavy haul truck driving, oilfield trucking, long haul truck driving, and state side truck driving. We customize our truck training to each student’s needs and abilities. And as we certify more of our students, we can promise that there will be many more quality truck drivers on the roads!

The driver training and safety courses we offer will not only protect the students, but also ensure employers that their assets—and their employees!—will be safe on the job.

For employers, this helps to reduce equipment maintenance costs, insurance costs, and staff turnover costs. When the truck driver is confident and comfortable behind the wheel, he or she is much more likely to stay on the job long-term.

All of our truck training students learn proper backing techniques, including driver-side backing, blind-side backing, and serpentine backing

AB RoadSafe originally opened in Red Deer, Alberta, and trained many oilfield and transport truck drivers.  We have been highly recommended by many large oilfield companies, including Sanjel, Halliburton, Precision Drilling, Predator Oilfield, etc.

We moved AB RoadSafe to its new location in Sturgeon County in January 2014.

AB RoadSafe is proudly offering truck driver training, class 1 truck training, class 3 truck training, and air brake certification programs to Sturgeon County, Parkland County, Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Edson, Red Deer, Grande Cache, Drayton Valley, Edmonton, Morinville, St. Albert, Westlock, Fort McMurray, Athabasca and surrounding areas!!
